Orders & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of promotional products and the customisation required for each product, we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision during the order process. We will, however, replace any products that are faulty.

If you have products that you wish to return, please contact us at info@vmapromo.com.au to receive an official return orders form.

If your product is not in top quality, we will assist you in sorting &/or fixing the problem. This may include a repair &/or replacement &/or reprinting of the original products  (where applicable). Please note that this will take additional time to produce and ship.

If you cannot return all the products to us that may be deemed faulty, we will undertake to either resupply the product and/or refund you a percentage of the overall item price.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • When shopping, please choose carefully since we do not refund or exchange items that are at your fault, including wrong sizes and colours. (Unless it is our error).
  • Goods returned must be in the original condition as sent. Items must be in original packaging and in perfect condition in order to be accepted for exchange.

STEPS TO RETURN & EXCHANGE ITEMS

  1. Please email info@vmapromo.com.au outlining the item/s to be returned and ask for a Returns Form to be sent to you. This form will be emailed to you.
  2. Once you have received this form, please print, complete and return the form with your item/s.
  3. Send your item and the Returns Form by courier or registered mail to:

PLEASE NOTE: Returned items without a Returns Authority included will NOT be processed
Once the items are returned, we will organise replacement goods or a refund where applicable.
